So the Atlantic Battlecache contest is a little more than half over…
Our progress to date is a little slow. The two events and six geocaches we’ve found since December 1, 2012 have only translated into three valid shots on our game board.
Not to worry, the contest ends on February 28, 2013. We’re hoping the next month will prove more productive and help to sink some of the fleet.
There are a total of 6 people in Newfoundland and Labrador playing along and another 122 in the other Atlantic Provinces.
Are you one of them? If so, why not leave a comment with your thoughts on the contest! For the rest of you, it’s not to late to sign up and you can use any caches you have found since December 1, 2012.

I am one of those involved with the game and have logged 17 of those caches. Unfortunately I had done other caches but couldn’t use them as the letters in the GC code was not on the grid–luck of the draw.. Fun game.
